You can access the reporting portal at oms.prolitteris.ch or via our website. The reporting deadline for both the print and broadcast distributions is 31 January 2026.
Print distribution (reporting deadline 31 January 2026): Report works that have appeared in print in books or in newspapers/magazines and for which you are the author or the publishing house. Works that have already been reported do not need to be reported again.
Broadcast distribution (registration deadline 31 January 2026): Register spoken-word and visual works broadcast on the radio or on TV in 2025. Audio and video content on websites cannot be registered.
Online Distribution: Unlike the Print and Broadcast distributions, you do not register online works yourself. The publishing house is responsible for submitting the registrations for the Online Distribution. Royalties are paid for texts and images published online, provided the publishing house uses ProLitteris’s tracking codes.
Reports must establish authorship and the nature of the work. AI-generated works and content taken from other sources without any original contribution of one’s own are not eligible. ProLitteris may request evidence and carry out spot checks.
Full details of our distributions can be found in the document ‘Info for Rights Holders’. Please note the conditions for the individual distributions. A claim arises only if royalties for a work can be calculated in the main distribution in September on the basis of correct data.
