Further royalties are paid in the audio sector by broadcasters and in the art sector by licensees who reproduce works of art.
Authors, publishing houses or heirs with rights to published literary or visual works may become members. A prerequisite is a connection to Switzerland or Liechtenstein, through residence, registered office or nationality, as well as through resources and activities in these countries.
ProLitteris ensures that you also receive royalties from abroad. It is not necessary for you to be a member of a foreign collective management organisation operating in the same field at the same time.
